General Dentistry for Every Stage of Life

Routine care gives us a chance to identify concerns early and make a plan that fits your needs. Bellaire Modern Dental offers preventive visits, diagnostic evaluation, and restorative care for patients in the Houston area.

What a preventive visit may include

Your visit is tailored to your history and current needs. Depending on the examination, we may recommend:

Exam and imaging

A dentist reviews your teeth, bite, gums, existing restorations, and any symptoms. Imaging is recommended when it helps answer a clinical question.

Professional cleaning

A hygiene visit removes buildup that home care cannot fully address and helps the team monitor gum health over time.

Home-care guidance

We can discuss brushing, flossing, diet, and other steps that are practical for your situation.

Treatment planning

If we find decay, wear, gum concerns, or a damaged tooth, we explain the options, timing, and next steps before treatment.

Restoring damaged or missing teeth

General and restorative care may include tooth-colored fillings, crowns, bridges, and other treatment chosen after an examination. Dr. Munu performs the prosthodontic work for BMD's full-arch cases. If surgical care is needed, Dr. L.T. Johnson performs All-on-4 surgery for BMD. We coordinate the surgical and restorative stages within the practice.

Ask our team about dental implants or tooth extractions when those topics match your needs.

How often should I come in?

There is no single schedule for every patient. Your dentist and hygienist can suggest a visit interval based on gum health, cavity risk, current treatment, and medical history. If pain, swelling, a broken tooth, or another urgent issue arises between visits, contact the office so the team can advise you on the next step.

Common questions

Will I need X-rays at every visit?

Imaging is based on your history, findings, and diagnostic needs. We can explain why a particular image is recommended.

What if I am nervous about treatment?

Tell our team about prior experiences or concerns. We can explain the visit, discuss comfort options, and plan at a pace that works for you.

Can you review an existing treatment plan?

Bring available records and images. We can examine the area and explain the options we see for your situation.

How do I register as a new patient?
